SEA WORLD

MODON BANIYAS NORTH
Baniyas North is a part of Ghadan 21 programme launched by the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to boost the economy, ecotourism and well-being of people. The project is divided into two phases; the contract of Phase 1 is awarded to Modon Properties while the awarding for Phase 2 is expected soon.
The AED 3.2billion project will feature expansive villas, medical clinics, mosques and a range of recreational facilities. The construction of roads, water and sewerage networks, street lighting and drainage system for rainwater is also included in the project. The installation of electricity connections, traffic lights and fire service will also be completed in the first phase. Its direct access to Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road will provide ease for commuting to residents.

THE PIXEL
Pixel is an18-hectare development on Reem Island.

PRESIDENTIAL PALACE ABU DHABI
The project is a landmark and helps to emphasize Abu Dhabi’s role as a leader within the UAE and the GCC. The Palace is utilized to house the offices of H.H. The President, H.H. The Vice President, H.H. The Crown Prince, and the Ministers. The facility will serve an important role as the primary governmental facility for receiving visiting dignitaries. The location of the new Presidential Palace is Ras al Akhdar peninsula adjacent to the Emirates Palace Hotel.

MOTOR WORLD
Motor World is the new automotive development hub in Abu Dhabi, dedicated for buying, selling and servicing of both new and pre-owned cars.

AL RAHA BEACH

YAS MARINA HOTEL
A world class hotel located in Abu Dhabi's most desirable destination - Yas Island. The hotel is connected to the Yas Marina Circuit with easy access to a wide range of attractions including theme parks, shopping malls, a golf course, beach and a marina.

YAS ISLAND K-RACE TRACK
The Yas Island K-Race Track is the venue for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke and is situated on Yas Island, about 30 minutes from the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Yas Marina is the second Formula One track in the Middle East.

ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX -FORMULA 1
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is a Formula One motor race. It was announced in early 2007 at the Abu Dhabi F1 Festival in the United Arab Emirates. The first race took place on 1 November 2009, held at the Hermann Tilke designed Yas Marina Circuit.

BUILDING MATERIAL CITY
An unique 230,000 square meters development, being developed by Manazel Real Estate in partnership with United Group Holdings, will be the hub for all of the UAE's commercial services and trading activities related to construction and building materials

DANET RESIDENTIAL TOWER
Mokbel & Partners – UAE was awarded the construction and completion of a 23 store Residential Tower including 3 basements over a plot area of 5,660 m² for a total built-up area of 60,000 m² including retail space, roof gardens, a Spa, a health club on roof-top and a landscaped surrounding area.

GOLF GARDENS II
Golf Gardens II – Residential Community (33 Buildings Project), Zone SW-17, Khalifa A, Abu Dhabi, Contractor Pivot Engineering, Client Sourouh Real Estate (PJSC), Consultant Herberger Engineering, Duration April 2009 – December 2010, quantity 200,000 m3.

BARAKAH NUCLEAR PLANT
The Project will be built on a 13 square – Kilometer site, 53 kilometers (33 miles) from the nearest city of Ruwais and near the Saudi Arabian border, for plants with a capacity of 1,400 mega watts a piece. The Mega scale project will be executed by Korea Electric Power Corp. who will build four nuclear plants by 2020.

AL RAHA GARDENS
The first development to be offered to UAE Nationals in Abu Dhabi on an ownership basis, Al Raha Gardens is a tranquil retreat within the dynamic Al Raha Beach Development. Built on 665,000 square meters of heavily landscaped area and incorporating villas and town houses, Al Raha Gardens also includes two schools and a kindergarten, and community retails and dining outlets.

RUWAIS REFINERY EXPANSION
The new facility will provide 80,500 m3/hour for FERTIL 1 with a discharge header of 40\"(28,000 m3/hour) and FERTIL2 plant having a discharge header of 100 \"(52,500 m3/hour).

IKEA STORE – YAS ISLAND
The IKEA store on Yas Island will be a complete family destination and will serve the IKEA concept with its full service – warehouse.

AL FALAH COMMUNITY
The package includes construction of 5,000 villas at Green Concrete Development in Abu Dhabi. The 5,000 homes are dedicated for UAE families, as part of the Abu Dhabi Government's housing initiative.

AL SAADIYAT BEACH APARTMENTS
The construction of the first phase of the Saadiyat Beach Apartments on Saadiyat Island. The project involves the construction of six (6) apartment buildings on the beach District of Saadiyat Island, close to St Regis Resort and the Saadiyat Beach Residences.

BANIYAS TOWER
Baniyas Towers froms part of ALDAR's mission to cater for the needs of a rapidly evolving city and the rising demand for high quality commercial office space.

WELLNESS BOULEVARD
The project calls for the construction an integrated one-stop healthcare facility. The project is a 3B+G+M+7 Floors building. There will be space for commercial use to accommodate insurance companies, hospital referral facility, healthcare company offices, office to manage referrals of out-patients to hospitals that are in partnership/affiliation with the Medical Complex's physicians/clinics and Governmental entities.

MARINA MALL
Marina Mall is a shopping mall located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It houses over 400 stores, including a hypermarket and Cineplex. The construction of a revolving restaurant and an indoor ski slope is almost completed and are yet to open to the public

DEERFIELD TOWN SQUARE
A vibrant mixed – use development spread over a million square feet area, with over 200 plus stores each one can be drawn to spend time and money in the shopping mall.

RUWAIS HOUSING COMPLEX
The estimated total built – up area is approximately 64,500 m2. The complex has 1,357 residential units, ranging from one – bedroom apartments to four bedrooms, double – story 'executive‘ villas. Covers an area of six square kilo meters.

FOUR SEASON HOTEL
The Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island will offer deluxe rooms and residences, as well as a dramatic rooftop pool and garden. It will include a full suite of conference and meeting
facilities and a wide variety of dining experiences

FAIRMONT HOTEL
Arabtec has won a $272.3m (AED 1bn) deal contract from The National Investment Corporation to build a new 39 story tower in Abu Dhabi containing a new Fairmont hotel and apartments. The hotel will contain 563 rooms and
249 apartments. It will also have 13 food and beverage outlets and parking for 1394 cars.

YAS MALL
Yas Mall will be Abu Dhabi's largest shopping mall with 2.5 million sq ft when it opens in November of 2014. The super – regional mall will transform the retail landscape in Abu Dhabi with
over 400 stores and outlets comprising an exciting range of leading international and regional retail and F&B brands.

SHINNING TOWER

WARNER BROTHERS THEME PARK
Project is part of the Yas Island Development. The project calls for the construction of an 6,000-acre theme park, a hotel and cinemas at the Yas Island Sector YS4 Plot C2. The scope involves the construction of indoor and outdoor areas for 19 theme rides. The indoor rides will be housed in a large steel structure

EMAAR B4 TOWER
The project is located along Sheikh Zaid Road, beside the Burj Khalifa Tower, the core area of financial and commercial of Dubai. Work scope of the project includes a high-rise residential building, which is 70-storey and composed of 882 units residential apartments with basements, two bent-house’s construction and MEP related works.

PALM JEBEL ALI
The Palm Jebel Ali is in the shape of a palm tree. It consist of a trunk, a crown with 17 fronds, and a surrounding crescent island that forms an 11 kilometer long breakwater. The island is 5 kilometers by 5 kilometers and its total area is larger than 800 football pitches.

MEYDAN ONE MALL
Meydan One will be located in Meydan City. it will be home to more than 78,300 residents. The scope of the project are: the world’s longest indoor ski slope, the world’s largest dancing fountain and the tallest residential tower in the world, the Meydan One Mall, a 4km canal and a 100-berth marina, a heritage village, and 2 mixed use buildings, and an office building

BLUE WATER ISLAND
Bluewaters Island is a development project under construction 500 metres (1,600 ft) off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, near Dubai Marina, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was unveiled on February 13, 2013

MADINAT JUMEIRAH

AL BASSAM TOWER
On the 14th August 2007, TEC signed an agreement with M/s. Al Bassam Enterprises to construct one of their
developments in the TECOM are in Dubai. The commercial project consists of (2B+G+5P+MECH+23 TYP+RooF). The total build up area of the project is approximately 658,074 square feet. The project wil contain parking area, Retail shops, Podium and 20 floor of open space offices. M/s. Al Alajmi is the consultant for the project.

THE TORCH
A wonder of modern engineering Torch Dubai is one landmark that will be hard to miss. Rising from its base at the mouth of Dubai Marina, the 1.2 million square feet tower will rise 345 meters (1,132ft) above ground level.

23 MARINA TOWER
The tower was developed by Hircon International, a joint venture company between ETA Star Property Developers and India’s leading business group, Hiranandani Constructions.
Each of the 48 duplex apartments on the upper floors features its own private heated Jacuzzi-style plunge pool on the balcony.
The overall style of the interiors is modern European, presented in a colour scheme of white, beige and darker browns.
